While Gov. Josh Shapiro signed Pennsylvania's 2023-24 state budget bill on Aug. 3, a number of items that bill funds still await legislative approval. Many items funded in Pennsylvania’s enacted 2023-24 state budget require the General Assembly’s further action in drive out dollars to certain programs or grant authorization to collect certain fees.
